Laser digitizing with Faro Arm
We can take your existing concept model, digitize it, and use the digitized data as a tool to create a manufacturable part or assembly. CAD models can include draft and parting lines, even if your concept model does not.
We use Polyworks software to generate surface information from the point cloud data.
Reverse Engineering
We can take your existing production parts that may be lacking documentation, digitize them, and create a documentation package for you. The completed CAD model can be in Pro/ENGINEER or Solidworks, and is completely independent from the digitized data. Completed parts will be ready for manufacturing.
Fortus 400mc
This 3D printer uses FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology. We can build ABS plastic conceptual models, functional prototypes to verify the form, fit and function, fabrication and assembly tools and end use parts.
